Small, senior, and biased to ship
We are a small, senior team, and we like it that way. Everyone here can own a problem end to end, from the customer conversation to the code that ships. We favour clear writing, short feedback loops, and decisions made by the people closest to the work.
We are biased to ship. We would rather put something real in front of a customer and learn than polish in private for a quarter. Customer obsession is not a slogan here, it is how we prioritise: the questions our users ask shape what we build next.
