Simpler pricing: three plans, one currency

• Growth and Scale are now a single Professional plan that carries the whole insight stack, including GapRadar™.
• Prices are shown billed annually by default, with monthly available from the link above the plans.
• Billing is GBP only. The multi-currency switcher has been retired.

GapRadar™ is now generally available

• GapRadar maps every visitor question to the page that answered it, and surfaces the questions with no matching page at all.
• New radar view groups missing topics by demand so you can prioritise the content roadmap.
• Export gaps to CSV or push them straight to your backlog.

AEO readiness scoring

Every connected page now gets an AEO readiness score showing how clearly answer engines can extract a confident answer from it. Each score comes with prioritised, page-level recommendations rather than a vague grade, so you know exactly what to fix first.

Conversational voice page on your subdomain

• Press-to-talk voice experience can now be hosted at talk.yoursite.com with your own branding.
• Lower latency on spoken responses and smoother barge-in when a visitor interrupts.
• The voice page now shares the exact same grounded knowledge as on-site chat.

Currency switch on pricing

The pricing page now lets visitors switch between GBP, EUR, USD and CHF with a single tap, and the chosen currency carries through to checkout. We also tidied the plan comparison so the differences between tiers read at a glance.

SSO and SAML for enterprise

• Single sign-on via SAML 2.0 with support for Okta, Entra ID and Google Workspace.
• SCIM user provisioning and role-based access for larger teams.
• Audit log of admin actions, available on enterprise plans.

Multilingual answers, faster responses and fixes

• ARIA now detects the visitor’s language and answers in it out of the box, across chat and voice.
• Cut median first-token time on the chat widget by roughly a third through caching improvements.
• Fixed a bug where source links occasionally pointed at an outdated revision of a page.
• Fixed widget layout overflow on very narrow mobile screens.
